Siy Tarkov was an envoy for the Galactic Union, he travelled to Velyshaa 2500 years after the Great Catastrophe seeking Saloran Haredew and her discoveries concerning what caused the Great Catastrophe and the Daleks, who had dominated the galaxy some 2500 years ago. Whilst there Haredew presents 'psychic recordings', left by Kalendorf to him, showing him the last years of Dalek's domination of the galaxy, along with Kalendorf and Susan Mendes.
