The Rules were Guidelines created by The Doctor for his companions.
The Rules:
- 1: The Doctor Lies. (DW: The Big Bang, DW: Let's Kill Hitler)
- 7: Never Run when you are scared. (DW: Let's Kill Hitler)
- 27: Never knowingly be serious. (DW: Let's Kill Hitler)
- 408: Time is not the boss of you. (DW: Let's Kill Hitler)
- 54: Anything can come from outside of the universe, but nothing can come from before the universe. (DW: The Satan Pit)
