Time Bubble

A time bubble occurred when an individual met their past or future self under certain circumstances. The Eighth Doctor caused the creation of time bubbles when he was visiting his past incarnations to reclaim lost memories. They resulted in time being frozen save for the individual who caused the bubble. The bubble would quickly deteriorate and normal time restored. (EDA: The Eight Doctors)
