Tonner Character Figures

Tonner is a US doll manfacturer who, in 2010, received the license to produce Doctor Who and Torchwood 16" - 17" tall dolls, which they marketed as a part of their "Tonner Character Figure™" line. Unlike traditional 5" "action figures", these were firmly aimed at the collectible market, with an average price of close to USD 200.
A part of the reason for the expense was the unusual degree of attention taken on each doll's clothing — a particular forté of the prestigious Tonner Doll Company. Along with each
