Elsie Rossiter was an elderly woman who lived in a block of flats, she was taking the rubbish out one night when she was sucked into The Dolls House and was then hunted by The Peg Dolls and became a Peg Doll. When George dealt with his fear she returned to the coucil estate. (DW : Night Terrors )
