Miss Amelia Birch was the owner of Devastation Hall in the Silver Devastation where she ran the Game of Death.
While she appeared as a mature woman with sharp thin features, hard little eyes, grey sharp teeth and with purple glasses that enabled her to scan guests, she was a Nocturn in disguise.
When the Game of Death ended, this criminal Nocturn awaited arrest and transport by the Judoon. (TDL: The Game of Death)
