The Two Streams Facility was a kindness quarintine facility built on Apalapucia to house the Apalapucians that had contracted the Chen-7 virus, which has the ability to kill you in a day. Using temporal technology, it allowed them to live through their entire lives in a day. The Handbots patrolled the facility and offered medicine and anesthesia. An Interface was also avaliable to offere information to patients. (DW: The Girl Who Waited)
