Sally-Anne Stubbins was the companion of the con artist Banto Zame, who impersonated Doctor using "special effects" to create the illusion of an alien invasion. When meeting the real Doctor, Sally-Anne fell in love with him and was disappointed when he didn't seem to share such feelings. (BFA: The One Doctor)
