Meta Sigma Folio was a planet The Doctor offered to visit with Martha Jones prior to her departure in Last of the Timelords. The sky was described by the Doctor as resembling 'oil on water'. Bursts of starfire were a regular sight on the coasts of this world. (DW: The Last of the Time Lords)
