The Planet of the Coffee Shops was a popular planet for tourists. According to the Doctor, it was voted the number one place to visit for the discerning intergalactic traveller. He expressed detestation at this, saying that "everyone goes there". (DW: The Girl Who Waited)
I don't think he meant it as the name of the planet... "Planet of the Coffee Shops" was just his way of describing it as very touristy.
