It is believed that the use of this image;

  • to illustrate an article discussing the merchandise in question
and / or
  • to illustrate an article discussing the company responsible for the merchandise in question
  • on the TARDIS Doctor Who wiki, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikia, Inc,
