On another note, it was stated in the first confidential of Season 6 that the 'tardis' or rather spaceship on the roof of Craig's house was a Silence ship--or at the very least the set was reused for a Silence ship. Not sure what that means, but could be relevant.

Couldn't Craig be listed as a companion as the Doctor tells craig he is?
