Spindleking

Spindleking were a species known for moving quickly and sitting still, giving the illusion that they were teleporting statues. Several Spindlekings were shopping in the Proximan Chain. (BNA: The Mary-Sue Extrusion)

Their behaviour is not unlike that of the Weeping Angels.
