Mark Duncan wrote The Left Hand of Darkness and The Other Side (starring Sophie Aldred and Sylvester McCoy) part of the The Time Travellers series, The Search (starring Lalla Ward and John Leeson) and a stand-alone adventure The Pattern- audio drama CDs for BBV, between 1998 and 2000, from a commission to write a total of five scripts. A further script for a low-budget video film screenplay sadly never reached fruition - but the writer is currently (2011) revisiting it as a potential TV Movie.
