Jacksonville, Mars, later renamed Jacksonville City, was the name of a permanent human colony on the planet Mars. It existed by the year 2157. (NA: GodEngine) At some time the Daleks attacked Jacksonville, but were defeated when the humans and Ice Warriors allied, and introduced a virus that affected Dalek cable insulation.
