Co-Commander Lish Toos was second in command of Storm Mine 4. She kept the peace onboard the ship. When Taren Capel ordered Toos to be killed, the Fourth Doctor saved her and they went on to destroy them all. She, Uvanov and Poul were the only survivors. (DW: The Robots of Death)
