SkyPoint was a high-rise, high-tech apartment building built in Cardiff in 2008. It had twenty-five floors with one hundred twenty-five two- and three-bedroom en-suite apartments.

The project had been funded by the local criminal Besnik Lucca who, in exchange for his money, requested the penthouse apartment. He also had a major hand in the construction, ensuring it met his specifications. Several security cameras throughout each of the apartments, including the shower and bedroom, were fed to screens in the penthouse, allowing Besnik Lucca to observe the goings on in the building.

Two elevators connected the floors of the building, one for the public and a service elevator that went straight to the penthouse.

The entire building was decorated in white, black and grey, even down to grey glass automatic doors at the entrance and black apartment doors with grey lettering indicating the apartments' numbers.

Each apartment featured an open-plan lounge-kitchen-diner with a ready-wired High-Definition television. A remote operated the TV, window blinds and the dimmer lights. The kitchens featured intelligent lighting, a fridge that ordered food for you and an eco-friendly washing machine. The master bedroom of each apartment featured a super-king-sized bed, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. (TWN: SkyPoint)

By 2009, SkyPoint was out of business and in decay. It was destroyed when Ianto Jones, Jack Harkness and Nina Rogers threw an alien book into the Cardiff Space-Time Rift. (TWN: Consequences)
