The Vampire Gods were a vampiric species native to the lost galaxy of Nosfera II.
History
The Hellmouth Wormhole was believed to lead to Nosfera II, home of the Vampire Gods and their Vampire Weapon-Worlds. Hellmouth was guarded by the Chiroptera. The Daleks travelled to the wormhole to see if the legends were true. The Dalek Fleet were ordered to fly through the Hellmouth, conquer Nosfera II and take control of the mythical Vampire Weapon-Worlds. As the fleet prepared to enter the wormhole, a hundred thousand Chiroptera came shrieking out. They tore the fleet to pieces. The Daleks were soon reduced to dust, though legend says their screams could still be heard echoing through the Astral Fog. (DWBIT: #37)
