Earth Command was the military strategy centre of the Earth Empire in the 40th century. The Dcotor spoke to Earth Command from Myarr, pretending to be Doctor Vile and claiming the war between Earth and the Mantasphids was his fault. Earth Command then circulated Doctor Vile's image across the Empire, demanding he be located, which he was, on Volag-Noc. (DW: The Infinite Quest)
