Race bank

The Race Bank was a room in the Kastrian city on the planet Kastria.
History
The bank was devised by Eldrad and contained memory crystals for Kastrain regeneeration. The bank stored many of these crystals ready to be used. When Eldrad was supposedly destroyed the Kastrians gave up on living and opted to be obliterated. To prevent Eldrad creating a new group of Kastrains if he regenerated the Kastrians voted to wipe the banks of all crystals. When Eldrad did return, he was furious to find the banks wiped. Purposes
The purpose on the Race Bank was to provide an option of the imediate creation of many extra Kastrains. This was done using the regeneration technology also provided and created by Eldrad. (DW:The Hand of Fear)
