Captain Scarlet was a fictional character who could not die. Rhys Williams (BBCR: The Dead Line) and later Johnson (TW: Children of Earth) referred to Jack Harkness as Captain Scarlet.
Behind the scenes
- Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons was one of the shows developed by Century 21 Productions.
- Captain Scarlet is very similar to Harkness, and may even have been based on the character.
