'A bitchy trampoline' is a name that Rose Tyler calls Lady Cassandra O'Brien to her face, after declaring that Cassandra would have done better to have died in her natural time that live as she does, a piece of stretched skin. Cassandra later uses the derogatory name herself, as she is about to invade Rose's body, and thereby finally ceasing to be flat.
