Recent contributions

A note on your recent contributions. On this wiki we do not include titles in the names of characters ie Dr Moon. Further page moves along these lines will be interpreted as vandalism and your account will be blocked. Thank you. --Tangerineduel 14:04, 1 June 2008 (UTC)

Re Dr Moon

Dr is not part of his name, it's a title. There are conventions, methods and practices in place on this wiki to keep things consistent and logical. --Tangerineduel 07:30, 2 June 2008 (UTC)

There are redirects in place to allow for any confusion that might be caused (ie when searching). Additionally any wikilinks within pages use the | to display something like Dr Moon. The policy regarding names such as Moon's is to do one of two things, put something in brackets to disambiguate him, in this case (human) to disambiguate from moon or second to put the story title in brackets such as Toby (The Evil of the Daleks). The current system we have in place is logical and simple, additionally it can be applied to any characters, if your proposed suggestion were in place it would require us to have our current system in addition to your proposed system because not all characters that require disamigution within their article title have titles attached to their names. --Tangerineduel 17:05, 2 June 2008 (UTC)

Blocking

The Vandalism policy is right inside the help pages a link which is provided on the welcome page and in the main navigation pane. The user in question did the following "If a user alters/edits/removes all content from the page in a deliberate form of vandalism". In cases of deliberate vandalism registered users are blocked upwards of 6 months. However in the case of unintentional vandalism most users are generally warned as unintentional vandalism usually occurs with new users. --Tangerineduel 05:26, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

Is there a reason you want the user unblocked? --Tangerineduel 17:35, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
Or what specifically do you want to investigate? --Tangerineduel 17:39, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
Your search may not have uncovered any evidence because the pages the user created have been deleted and therefore do not show in his contributions page. --Tangerineduel 18:01, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

I can't block him, Im not a sysop/admin. If I was, I would definitely make sure he never comes back. The evil dudeArnie 19:27, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
