Ringmaster was the ringleader of the Psychic Circus. When appearing in the ring, he spoke in rhymes in a sort of rap.

The Chief Clown forced him and Morgana into two large wicker baskets. They both disappeared. (DW: The Greatest Show in the Galaxy)
