Kingpin

Kingpin, or late Deadbeat, was one of the members of the Psychic Circus. At some point he found a talisman, with an eye on it. After finding the talisman he appeared to be mad, and was called Deadbeat after that.
After having defeated the Gods of Ragnarok he became normal again, and he and Mags continued to travel with the circus. (DW: The Greatest Show in the Galaxy)
