Marshall Lancaster played Buzzer and his Ganger doppelgänger in DW: The Rebel Flesh/The Almost People. Marshall Lancaster is probably best known for playing the character of Chris Skelton in the series Life on Mars and its sequel series, Ashes to Ashes, both of which were created by The Rebel Flesh writer, Matthew Graham.
