Atol Kess

Kess was the Commander of the security force on the Ood Sphere. He was a violent and a mad cold blooded killer who detested the Ood. Kess was charged with capturing the Ood who had the red eye virus and was also charged with capturing the Doctor and Donna. Kess attempted to kill the Doctor using a piece of machinery but was stopped by Solana Mercurio. Mr Halpen had Kess try to gas the infected livestock which Kess took great pleasure trying to do, however other squads of Ood broke into the container room, removed Kess' gas mask and then locked him in one of the cages as the gas went off. He was then gassed.
