South Croydon

South Croydon was a London suburb and also the home of Sarah Jane Smith and her aunt Lavinia during the time she travelled with the Doctor. It was the place where Sarah Jane asked the Fourth Doctor to return her to when he took her home to Earth. (DW: The Hand of Fear) However, he actually took her to Aberdeen, Scotland. Smith later left South Croydon, eventually settling in another London suburb, Ealing. (SJA: Invasion of the Bane)
