This Motorcycle Policeman tried to stop the Eighth Doctor and Grace Holloway from getting past the roadblock. He was distracted when the Doctor produced a Jelly baby from nowhere, giving the Doctor and Grace time to steal his motorcycle and escape. (DW: Doctor Who)
