Ross Jenkins

Private Ross Jenkins was an UNIT soldier during Operation Blue Sky. He drove the Doctor to the Rattigan Academy, where they encountered Luke Rattigan and General Staal. Ross claimed that Staal looked like a baked potato. After losing control of an ATMOS-controlled UNIT vehicle, he and The Doctor parted ways so that Jenkins could aquire another ATMOS-free vehicle to return them to UNIT's temporary headquarters. History
The name Jenkins appeared in (DW: The Daemons). It was another UNIT soldier, Tony Jenkins, who fired a gun at Bok. "Jenkin's, five Rounds rapid!" It is unknown if there is a character relation between Ross and Tony.
