Len Hutton was the credited visual effects designer for Fury from the Deep (with Peter Day), Inferno, The Android Invasion, The Deadly Assassin (with Peter Day), and The Androids of Tara. Additionally, he may have assisted on The Three Doctors, but he was never credited for this work.
