Rouvray was a counter-revolutionary in 1794 France. He, along with D'Argenson encountered the First Doctor and his companions in a farmhouse twelve kilometres from Paris, where they were discovered by revolutionary soldiers. Rouvray and D'Argenson were killed in the attack. (DW: The Reign of Terror)
