Vince Hawkins
Vince Hawkins was the youngest of three lighthouse keepers, employed off the south coast of England, onFang Rock. It is a place filled with tales of sea beasts and mystery. Vince meets The Doctor and Leela, whom explain that they got lost in the fog on the way toBrighton. Vince tells the Doctor that he saw a light fall from the sky shortly before they arrived. Vince tells Leela of his loneliness at the lighthouse and how he prefers the company of seals over Ben and Reuben, he feels uneasy as she begins to change out of her wet clothes in front of him. The Doctor finds the body of Ben and informs Vince. The lighthouse goes dim, and soon after a luxury Yacht crashes onto the small island, and a body count rises. Vince is amongst the first victims of a Rutan. (DW: The Horror of Fang Rock)
