Biography
Before her wedding, Sally Phelan was "upgraded" into a Cyberman. Nevertheless, she still remembered her past life. She tried to attack the Tenth Doctor and Mrs Moore. Mrs Moore activated an electromagnetic pulse bomb.Ot destroyed her emotional inhibitor. Her emotions returned. Sally told the Doctor and Mrs Moore who she was and asked where Gareth was before she died.(DW: The Age of Steel)
