Nicholas Courtney

In the myths section there is something regarding Courtney suffering from a stroke, Ive looked for any mention of that on google news but no luck but I did find he has reportedly recorded a commentary from Mind of Evil (aricle is dated 22nd Sept 09). Can anyone verify that he actually suffered a stroke Bigshowbower 12:51, October 1, 2009 (UTC)

  • I just saw this for the first time as well, and likewise can find no verification in any source - including the Doctor Who News Page archives, The Writers Tale, or Doctor Who Magazine - that this information is correct. The only sources on Google appear to be this wiki and Wikipedia. I'm leaning towards deleting this info if a source can't be found. 68.146.64.9 13:22, January 20, 2011 (UTC)
    • It's been 18 months almost since Bigshowbower flagged the stroke reference. I can't find any source to support this actually happened other than fan blogs basically referring back to here. It was apparently mentioned in a version of Courtney's Wikipedia entry, but it has been removed. This isn't a Wikipedia site, but its Biographies of Living Persons policy should be followed with stuff like this. I have changed the Myths section to refer to the stroke as a rumour. If someone has a reputable source, they're free to revert my change and add the source. But with SJA Season 3 now on DVD a lot of people will be reading this article and we don't want them to have bogus info. 68.146.64.9 13:32, January 20, 2011 (UTC)

Seeing inside the Tardis

Since the myth about the kids seeing the inside of the Tardis has been proven true (photos revealed it today), this no longer belongs in the myths section. But where does it go? Story notes? Continuity? Digifiend 00:21, October 21, 2009 (UTC)

I'd say 'Continuity', as they did also the previous time The Doctor was in an episode.

Timeline for the Doctor

I'm sure it's likely that this is intended to take place after Planet of the Dead, but all we really know is that it is sometime after Journey's End, right? Spreee 15:49, November 12, 2009 (UTC)Spreee

2009 Specials Template at bottom?

Seeing as the Specials template links to this article, do you think we should put it at the bottom, despite not being part of said Specials? AJ the Shinigami 01:41, January 11, 2010 (UTC)

To be honest, I don't think this article should be linked in the specials template anyway. Just because The Doctor appeared in this episode, does not make it a Doctor Who episode. It should probably be removed. Whoniverse93 15:20, January 11, 2010 (UTC)
However, it occurs during the timeframe of the specials. It even hints at the Immortality Gate, which is directly referencing DW: "The End of Time". Plus, seeing as this episode is still on the 2009 Specials template....AJ the Shinigami 15:27, March 19, 2010 (UTC)

My favorite

This is my favorite episode, as it turned out I just checked & it came out on my 18th brithday =D also the day I was re-united with my biological mother, clearly the best day that will have ever had happened in my life.

Duplication of Entries

There are several duplications of information on this page. The catagories Refences and Continuity contain many of the same information. Does this warrant the page being cleaned up/tightened up ? --Stillnotginger 06:44, February 27, 2010 (UTC)
