The Ten Galaxies were ten galaxies ruled by the Dominators and they Quark servents. (DW: The Dominators)

Since they are not individually named and are possibly only designated by number, the Ten Galaxies may also include Galaxy 4. (DW: Galaxy 4)

Seven of the Ten Galaxies may also have been the seven galaxies that pledged their allegiance to the Daleks. (DW: The Daleks' Master Plan)
