Val (Closing Time)

Val worked in Sanderson & Grainger, the shop where people were being converted into Cybermen. When the Eleventh Doctor worked there, she, like the rest of the employees, became quite fond of him. She gossiped with the Doctor and thought he and Craig Owens were a couple and good daddies to Craig's son, Alfie Owens, which the Doctor also mistoke for another terming meaning "companion". She also told the Doctor about the silver rat thing. After the Cybermen were defeated, it can be assumed that Craig finaly corrected her on her mistaken assumption. (DW: Closing Time)
