The Tollmaster was an employee at space Toll port G715.
Biography
When the Seventh Doctor and Mel arrived at the Toll port in the TARDIS, the Tollmaster told them that they were their ten billionth customers and had won a Nostalgia Tours trip to 1959 Disneyland. Some time after the bus left, Gavrok and the Bannermen arrived in search of Delta, who had been on the bus. When the Tollmaster proved unable to locate the bus for them, Gavrok shot and killed him.
