Jamais was a dog who belonged to Chloe. Jamais was the last of his kind, and was able to traverse universes and travel through time at will. He unintentionally created the Council of Eight when his jealousy drove him to bite the head off Chloe's doll which contained the imprisoned crytsals that would become the Council. (EDA: Timeless)
