Kembel

Kembel was a jungle covered world near the edge of Mutter's Spiral. In 4000 CE the Daleks used Kembel as a base for their scheme to conquer Earth's galaxy using the Time Destructor, and also hosted a conference here for the leaders of various alien powers hostile to Earth, who had allied themselves with the Daleks. To deal with potential intruders, deadly Varga plants from Skaro were imported to the planet.

An Earth expedition to Kembel learned of the Daleks' plan, but its members were all killed before they could warn their homeworld ("Mission to the Unknown"). Eventually the Doctor arrived with his companions and learned of the Daleks' plan, and just as importantly of the betrayal of Mavic Chen, Guardian of the Solar System, who had given the Daleks the taranium they needed to power their Time Destructor. After being pursued across space and time by the Daleks, the Doctor finally used the Time Destructor to reduce the Daleks and everything else on Kembel to dust ("The Daleks' Master Plan").
