Burt Kwouk (18 July 1930-24 May 2016[1]) played Lin Futu in the Doctor Who television story Four to Doomsday and Doctor Matsuo Hayashi in the Big Finish Productions audio story Loups-Garoux.

He also appeared in the Doctor Who crossover episode The Harry Hill Show: Episode 3.1 alongside Nicholas Courtney as Brigadier Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart.

Outside Doctor Who, he was perhaps best known for playing Cato, Inspector Clouseau's faithful but karate-mad manservant, in most of the original Pink Panther films of the 1960s and 1970s opposite Peter Sellers; and also as "Electrical" Entwhistle in the long-running sitcom Last of the Summer Wine (1973-2010) from 2002 to 2010.

Kwouk also had a notable role in the James Bond film Goldfinger, which also featured Honor Blackman. He played Commandant Yamauchi in the BBC's Second World War POW drama series Tenko (1981-84), appearing alongside Louise Jameson, Jeananne Crowley and Stephanie Cole.
