Cyber-fighters were a sub-class of the Cyber-shuttle, a type of small Cyber-ship. They had powerful warp drives to power them through space.

In the immediate aftermath of the Cyber-Wars, Cyberfighters were used by the Cybermen to hunt down surviving humans. One Cyberfighter was used by the Lone Cyberman, while another was taken by the Thirteenth Doctor. (TV: Ascension of the Cybermen)
