The 400th issue of El Tony Extracolor was released in Argentina in early 1978, with a cover date of 14 February that year.
It was particularly of note to the Doctor Who universe for its printing of Daleks, invasión a la Tierra año 2150, a licensed comic adaptation of the theatrical film Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D., and the only known licensed Doctor Who story to be published exclusively in a non-English language - specifically, Spanish.
