The Eight Thousand and Ninety First Universe was the home universe of Tabro and Belunda. Their atmosphere was composed of chlorine and methane; they could not breathe oxygen.

Tabro and Belunda once found themselves in another universe through their "normal method" out of Space Time, but accidentally found themselves on a planet. Encountering Dr. Who, Jamie, and Zoe, inhabitants of the Five Hundred and Third Universe, Tabro and Belunda explained how they'd come to the universe, and debated on whether they should destroy the group as they couldn't be brought back as specimens.
