Dr Kelley was a fictional character who appeared in the Superman comic book series. She was Lex's physician.
In an issue of the comic read by the Twelfth Doctor, she was helping Lex recover from kryptonite poisoning. She commented that the nerves and muscles in his arm were unaffected, but the radiation had cost him his hand. (TV: The Return of Doctor Mysterio)
