In an alternate timeline, Plenty O'Toole was an actor who played a fictionalised version of Evelyn Smythe in Daleks: The Ultimate Adventure. In the film, her character was referred to as Evelyn "Hot Lips" Smythe. (AUDIO: Jubilee)
