Skegpool was a location on Earth in the Daft Dimension.
It held a comic book convention, (COMIC: The Daft Dimension 581) and was home to the Skegpool Whovian Society. (COMIC: The Daft Dimension 568)

Skegpool, which is a portmanteau of Skegness and Blackpool, is a reoccurring location in Lew Stringer's other works, first appearing in his Combat Colin strips.
