My names is Lieutenant General Richard Venables i work for the Unified Intelligence Taskforce in Sydney Harbour under the Harbour itself. I work as the Director of UNIT in Sydney. I meet the Tenth Doctor in 2011 when i first took command of UNIT in Sydney. I am good friends with Jack Harkness, Martha Jones, and Alan Mace as well as Queen Elizabeth II and The Doctor.
