The Ultimate Cybermen was the fourth and last instalment of The ArcHive Tapes anthology, narrated and produced by David Banks.
Following references in the previous instalments, this concluding part focused on the "CyberNeomorphs", the Cybermen who featured in the classic Doctor Who serials of the 1980s. The variant which appeared in Silver Nemesis are dubbed "Isomorphs".
