Barbara Flynn (born 5 August 1948[1]) played Tecteun in the Doctor Who television story Once, Upon Time and Survivors of the Flux.

She also voiced several characters for Big Finish Productions.

Flynn is perhaps best remembered as the unnamed milkwoman in the sitcom Open All Hours (1981-85); Dr. Rose Marie in the comedy drama series A Very Peculiar Practice (1986-1992); and Jill Swinburne, opposite James Bolam as Trevor Chaplin, in the ITV comedy drama trilogy The Beiderbecke Affair (1985), The Beiderbecke Tapes (1987) and The Beiderbecke Connection (1988) — collectively known as The Beiderbecke Trilogy.
